Benefits Connection
The Benefits Connection is an association plan that was established by Allen Insurance Group for the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce in 1980 for its members. Since then the Benefits Connection program is offered to many different Delaware Chambers and Business Organizations. Group coverage is available for Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Health related products and Workers Compensation.
Available Plans
Health Insurance
Healthcare plans with the Benefits Connection are offered by Aetna and Highmark BCBS of Delaware. Each company offers many plans with a variety of deductibles and co-insurance amounts with PPO’s; EPO’s; HSA’s; HRA’s and Self Funded Programs.
Direct Primary Care
Direct Primary Care with Vitable Health provides you and your employees access to delightful in-home and virtual primary care visits with over 1,000 free prescriptions, labs, and mental health programs. $0 to add dependents and $0 in co-pays or deductibles. No more paying for doctor visits or medicines. No more waiting weeks for an appointment or sitting in a waiting room.
Group Vision
A Vision plan with the Benefits Connection is offered by VSP under an association program. Coverage is also available with the Highmark BCBS and Aetna medical plans as an ‘add on’ benefit.
Group Dental
Dental Connection is a new and unique program available only through Benefits Connection. The Dental Connection plans feature a large network, flexible coverage options and are priced to maximize the value of your dental benefit dollars.

The Employee Navigator is provided to our groups, free of charge, to help with HR management and benefits. The Employee Navigator will also provide, for a fee, COBRA administration, ACA Compliance and the required forms can be prepared for you. Employee Navigator has also integrated with several Payroll firms, which make the administration of payroll an easy process.
