Our space is located in the Wilmington riverfront that has ample free parking, restaurants, hotels and attractions within walking distance and is available to rent Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. based on availability.

Policies & Guidelines

Early Open and/or Late Close: Rentals including set-up and clean-up must be during operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

Recurring / Long-term Reservations: Long-term reservations for recurring or rotational meetings of one month or longer, require prior approval.

Payment: Must be received prior to the rental date online.  For meetings scheduled and held within the same week, full payment is due on the date of the meeting.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Rental cancellations must be received one week in advance in order to receive a full refund. For meetings scheduled and cancelled within the same week, we will either provide full refund less $25 processing fee.  An exception is made in the event the facility is closed due to inclement weather.

Terms and Guidelines for Use of Meeting Rooms

  • Rental Times: All meeting rooms are available at the stated rates subject to availability during our regular business hours Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (closed weekends and holidays). This time period includes set-up and clean-up.  All persons are to be out of the building by 5:00pm, unless “Staff Assistance” has been arranged and purchased for extended hours.
  • Damages:  Persons using the facility for meetings are liable for any damages that may occur to the building or its contents and agrees to reimburse the facility for those damages.
  • Furniture Arrangement:  Tables and chairs are to be arranged by the renter and returned to original layout.
  • Meeting activity is restricted to the rented conference room area.  The renter is responsible for communicating this to the meeting participants.
  • Security: All exterior doors are to remain closed and locked outside of business hours and attendees should check-in with front desk staff.  Please respect the need for the security of the facility personnel and facility property.  
  • Signs and Decorations:  these may be affixed to the white board within the room.  No tape or pins of any kind are permitted on the walls.  
  • Food/Catering:  View our list of member caterers/restaurants who deliver to our location.  It is the renter’s responsibility to order any food, and provide all catering items (plates, napkins, cups, ice, etc.) unless prior arrangements have been made.  All food and other items are to be removed and the room cleaned after use.  
  • Office Supplies:  These are NOT included in the rental.  Please bring all necessary materials for your meeting including flip charts, pens, paper, copies, catering items, etc.  The use of the facility’s office supplies and equipment (copier, fax, etc.) are not included in the room rental.
  • A/V: Conference rooms are equipped with a projector and smart board that can be connected via HDMI or webcast. The Chamber does not have a dedicated IT staff available for technical assistance.
  • Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the facility.  
  • The facility reserves the right to cancel or change any reservation.
