With over 25 years working in the talent management field at large global organizations like Accenture and EPAM, Melissa Carson is now working with organizations that want to be at the top of their game related to their overall employee experience. Her areas of talent expertise range from executive coaching to acquisition due diligence and integration to performance management strategies to employee engagement/employee experience. In her last role at EPAM, she focused on establishing the People organization for EPAM North America, implementing new programs and installing operational rigor, focusing on improving the employee experience, and building a high performance team. In addition to her corporate experiences, she has had the opportunity to serve as a board member at YWCA Delaware and to advise several local non-profits on HR topics. She is passionate about helping organizations create workplaces where people want to be and where they can do their best work in support of meeting the organization’s goals.
